The 'Into Space’ brochure has just been published and is now available on the EU bookshop website. It includes the projects co-financed by the European Commission and managed by the Research Executive Agency (REA) under the 6th call for proposals of the 7th Framework Programme for Space Research in the domains of Copernicus – related Applications and Data, Space Technologies, Space Science and Data Exploitation, Space Weather and Space Situational Awareness.
11-13 June 2014, Prague, Czech Republic - LAMPRE will take part at the European Space Solutions Conference. This 3-day conference will involve a wide audience of users and developers of space-based solutions to discuss about the potential for using space technologies from the Galileo/EGNOS (navigation) and Copernicus (Earth observation) programmes.

21 November 2013, Bruxelles, Belgium - Fausto Guzzetti (CNR-IRPI) gave a presentation on “Remote Sensing for Detection, Mapping & Monitoring of Landslides & Ground Deformations” at the international workshop organised by the Research Executive Agency (REA).
9-14 October 2013, Padova, Italy - Landslide hazard and disaster reduction Italy/Taiwan workshop, organized by IRPI in Padua and Dolomites. Alessandro Mondini (CNR-IRPI) gave a talk on event-landslide mapping with different data and techniques presenting a test case of the LAMPRE project in Pogliaschina catchment (Italy).
12-18 May 2013, Chengdu, China - Alessandro Mondini (CNR-IRPI) gave a talk on the paper "Bayesian exploitation of satellite data and DEMs for event induced landslide mapping", at the International Symposium in Commemoration of the 5th Anniversary of the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake.
