Executive summary:

D.10.2 Quality Management and Risk Assessment Procedures is the second deliverable of Work Package 10 "Scientific Coordination". It represents the outcome of Task 10.2 "Quality management and risk assessment" which is devoted at implementing quality of management and risk assessment procedures for the effective project management and scientific coordination of the project.
The deliverable describes the quality plan established in LAMPRE as a set of procedures, rules and templates for guaranteeing high quality level of deliverables. It includes clear rules for communication exchange and participation at project meetings.
The deliverable also describes procedures for risk management and issues management for guaranteeing the successful achievement of the project objectives and implementation of the project tasks.
